About CIFF
The Canberra International Film Festival INCORPORATED is a not for profit association subject to the Associations Incorporations Act 1991 and the Associations Incorporation Regulations, (CIFF) which promotes cinematic arts presented as an opportunity for audiences to interact with members of the film community, learn from each other, and through this the promotion of ideas and creativity principally through the Canberra International Film Festival, which it holds annually.
The CIFF.com.au website (the ‘CIFF Website’ or ‘Website’) is operated by CIFF administration staff. By accessing or otherwise using the CIFF Website, including any online services offered via the CIFF Website (‘Services’), you agree to be bound by these conditions of use and acknowledge that [insert website operator details] and CIFF provide the Website to you on these conditions of use. You agree to grant CIFF a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to exercise the intellectual property you have in any Content, in all media now known or not currently known.
